Our Screening Process: Human Insight Over Algorithms

At The NOVA Club, we believe that true compatibility goes far beyond a profile picture or a well-written bio. That’s why every woman accepted into our network completes a thoughtful, multi-layered screening and interview process designed to uncover not just the facts—but the deeper qualities that make someone a truly aligned match.

Our process begins with a comprehensive review, including a criminal background check, education and employment verification, and age validation. But what truly sets us apart is our commitment to understanding the whole person—something no app or algorithm can replicate.

Each Candidate participates in a therapist-led interview that allows us to explore three key areas:

• Upbringing: How someone was raised shapes how they relate to others. We want to understand the values and relationship models they grew up with.

• Timing: Where they are in life, emotionally and logistically, matters. Are they open, ready, and in alignment with what our Members are seeking?

• Energy: That intangible but essential quality—how does it feel to be in their presence? Are they grounded, engaging, confident?

We also recognize that attraction matters. So, we take the time to learn about each Candidate’s lifestyle: their approach to wellness, health, style, and presentation. These elements help us ensure that introductions feel natural, exciting, and aligned—not just on paper, but in person.

We do all of this for one simple reason: because your time is valuable, and your connections should be too. The dating apps can match on surface-level stats—but they can’t read the room, sense the energy, or understand what makes two people truly fit.
